Adeline Polniaszek

POLNIASZEK, Adeline, 89, passed away peacefully in her home on December 15. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward; five brothers; granddaughter, Amy Saperstone. She is survived by her brother, Stan Kozak Lorraine; children, Sharon Saperstone, Collette Noworta Jerry, Leon Olczak Lydia; nephew, Ziggy Kozak; granddaughter and caretaker, Jessica Saperstone; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on December 19, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
