Betty Burns

Betty Latta Burns- Age 78 years, passed away August 19, 2014. Betty attended the Bellevue Community Church and also served on the Prayer List with the church and donated countless hours to the Nashville Food Bank. She was active with her Homeowners Association for over 12 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Burns; brother Roy Zechlin. Survived by children, Steve Latta, Scott (Jane) Latta, Stuart Latta, and Susan Latta; grandchildren, Amber, Christine, Michael, Christopher, Kevin, Felicia, and Elissa Latta; sister, Ruth Clarence, and brother, Robert Zechlin; and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family members. The Life Celebration will be on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at 1pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home. A brief time of visitation will follow the service.
