Betty Watts McDavid, age 78, went home to be with the Lord on July 27, 2016. She was an active member of Bellevue United Methodist Church where she attended the Fellowship Sunday School Class, the mid-week Bible study, and the UMW.

She devoted herself to her children, grandchildren, and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Prince McDavid, parents John and Gladys Watts, and her brother Roy Watts.

Survived by son Jim McDavid and wife Maria; son Jay McDavid; and daughter Dana Keck and husband Danny; grandchildren Randi (McDavid) Fairley, Jordan and Zoie McDavid, and Mac, Owen, Sylvie, and Asher Keck; and great-grandchildren, Nolan, Jayla, and Marlin Fairley.

A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at Bellevue United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 prior to the service. The family wishes to thank the wonderful nurses and care givers at Alive Hospice. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Alive Hospice or Murci-Homes.
