Mrs. Billye Iris Thompson - Age 82, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Theola Freeman; siblings, Bettie, Jackie, Doris, and Chief. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bill Thompson; her children, Cheryl (Billy) Lewis, and Terry (Karen) Thompson; granddaughters, Tiffany, Tori, and Chelsea; 2 great grandchildren; her brothers, Robert Freeman and Jerry (Nancy) Freeman. The family would like to send a special thank you to Avalon Hospice and Dr. John Williams office. A Celebration of Life will be on Friday, November 27, 2015, at 10:00am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Reverend Alex Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Alzheimer's Association.
