Carolyn Wambach Mason - born October 23, 1936, in Hamilton, Ohio to Anna Mae Kiep Wambach and Henry (Heinie) Wambach who precede her in death. She is also preceded in death by her son, Scott Mason. Survived by her husband of 51 years, Kenneth Mason; her sister in law, Sherry (Norris) Grissom; brother in law, David (Linda) Bruce; nieces, Glenda (Joey) Green and Kellye (Randy) Randolph; and a host of other nieces, great nephews, and cousins; goddaughter, Shannon Jankford. Mrs. Mason was an accountant with the Ford Glass Plant, and retired in 1988. She and Ken enjoyed their winters at Cypress Bend in Estero, FL for many years. She had a beautiful soul and the kindest heart, her family and friends will miss her, greatly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, August 17, 2015, at 10am, at St. Ann's Church with Reverend Philip Breen officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Carolyn's special friends will serve as pallbearers: Troy Fisher, Steve Fisher, Steve Wheeler, Jacky Stephens, Jim Sanders, and John Kimbro. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to St. Ann's, The Alzheimer's Association, or Alive Hospice.
