He also had a career in Mechanical Engineering. Charles had a passion for airplanes and flying. He was most proud of his extensive collection of diecast historical airplanes, especially WWII Warbirds.
Charles loved his God and his country, and, oh, the love he had for his wife of 24 years, and love for his sons and daughters. He loved making Linda laugh and said so often. He loved the laughter she gave him. His passion was music, most notably the Blues, Jazz fusion, good ol' Rock ‘n Roll, and live concerts. He loved 60's hot rods and the freedom that his Harley gave him. He truly loved traveling by road taking in all that Nature offered and conversing with the common man. He enjoyed Military History, American Western History, and National Parks.
