Chris was a student at ITT Tech and worked at The Black Box. Survived by mother, Charlee Franklin-Howell; daughter, Emma Kelly; brother, Nicholas Franklin; grandmother, Emma Keffer; niece, Hailey Franklin; uncles, David and Randy Keffer and families.
