Cynthia "Cindy" Renee Brumit, 45, passed away September 10, 2017. Cindy was born in Pegram, Tennessee on December 18th, and attended Harpeth High School. Cindy owned her own online retail business called Cindy's Creations, and was very active with animal rescue organizations.
Cindy was preceded in death by her long time love and fiancé Mike Cox. Cindy is survived by her father, Robert "Bob" Brumit, mother, Patsy Christine Brumit, and bonus mom, Pauline Brumit, and grandmother, Grace "Granny" Taylor. Cindy has three siblings, Jackie Brumit, Bobby Brumit, and Gracie Slate. Also, her niece and nephews, Matt and Jay, Gracie Danielle and Jackson, Chaska and Dylan. Cindy had a passion for her fur babies, family, animal rescue, and no doubt, football. She loved the Vols and the Titans.
A celebration of Cindy's life will be held on Saturday, September 16, at 10:00 am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Visitation with Cindy's family and friends will be Friday, September 15, from 4-8 pm. Cindy will be buried at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
For all of us who knew Cindy, we know her genuine love for rescuing animals. The money will go directly towards any of his medical treatment and any funds left over will go to the animal rescue.
