Clyde Cole

Clyde M. Cole, Age 93, Passed away at home in Nashville, TN on November 4, 2020. Clyde was born in Franklin County, TN and graduated from Huntland High School, TN. Received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from the Bowling Green College of Commerce and practiced as a CPA. Clyde was a US Navy Veteran and served in World War II in the Pacific . He was a member of Hillwood Presbyterian Church in Nashville, TN, where he served as a Trustee, member of the Church Session and Elder.

Preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Morris Cole; his parents, George and Delphia Cole of Nashville; his brothers, Don and Parker Cole both of Nashville.

He is survived by his loving family; son, John (Melody) Cole; daughters, Janice Cole and Joyce Cole; granddaughter, Kacy (Larry) Hatton; grandson, Tyler Cole; and his great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Aiden and Cole.

Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home in Nashville, TN.

A Graveside service will be held 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester, TN with Military Honors. Reverend Dr. Jule M. Nyhuis will be officiating.

The family wishes memorial contributions be made to Hillwood Presbyterian Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
