Connie Pearl O' Guin Fuqua - Age 97, passed away August 14, 2018 in Nashville, TN.

Mrs. Fuqua is preceded in death by her husband, Burl P. Fuqua and granddaughter, Bethany Mercer.

Survived by her children, Charles DePriest (Lucy) of Burns, TN, Joyce Adkins (Greg) of Murfressboro, TN, Joey Fuqua (Pam) of Fairview, TN, Renee Mercer (Bill) of Nashville, TN; nephew, Henry Harbison; nieces, Linda Clement, Janet Cumuze; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Mrs. Fuqua was a long-time member of Park Avenue Baptist Church, Nashville, joining in the early 1960's. She served as Hostess for the church 40 plus years.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Werner officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
