Deborah Davis

DAVIS, Deborah Diane Sharp, age 57 of La Vergne, passed away on May 16, 2011 surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer. She was a loving, devoted and giving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was very dedicated to her church where she played the piano and taught Sunday school class for many years. She had a passion for painting and was also a long time member of the Red Hat Society. Debbie was welcomed home by her late father D.L. Sharp. She is survived by her husband of 39 years William Davis; children, Ted Cindy Davis and Brad Davis; mother, Sarah Sharp; sisters, Joyce Stuart Worthington and Judy Dallas Brown; grandchildren, Grant, Kayla, Kious and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Will and Jordan. A Life Celebration Service will be held at 1:00pm on May 19, 2011 at West Harpeth Funeral Home in Nashville with Rev. Darin Worthington and Rev. Jerry Foust officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00am until time of service.
