Donald Wayne "Butch" Gregory
Lebanon, Tennessee

Don Gregory, age 73 passed away on June 21, 2014. He was preceded
in death by his parents, Carsie Lee Gregory and Mary King Gregory and sister,
Donna Jackson. Survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandra Greer Gregory;
Brother, Dennis (Paulette) Gregory; Sisters, Peggy (Buddy) Thornton, Beverly (Jim) Palazzo
and Vallie (Michael) Rojas; Aunt, Mary Petraca; Uncle, Toby (Marion) Gregory.

Don grew up in East Nashville and was a painter & contractor by trade before retirement.
He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a Lifetime member of the American Legion
and served as Adjutant for Donelson Post 88 for the past 4 years.

The family would like to express their appreciation to St. Thomas Heart and Dr. Venkat
Reddy and his staff for their care.

Don will be remembered for his fun loving spirit and did not want others to mourn his
passing, so a gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, July 20th from
1:00-4:00 p.m. at the American Legion, Post 88, 2864 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 to
celebrate his life.
