Earl Johnson, Jr.

Earl S. Johnson, Jr. Age 72, passed away August 5, 2020.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Eva Nell Johnson; and sister, Janice Johnson.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kathy Johnson; children, Dr. Stacy Henry, Treye (Rachel) Johnson, and Landon Johnson; grandchildren, Nick Henry, Sarah Henry, Sydney Johnson, Matthew Johnson and Jacob Johnson; and brother, Steve Johnson.

Earl was a graduate of Hillwood High School and the University of Tennessee. In earlier years, he was a partner at Johnson's Meat Market in West Nashville, and most recently, retired as an insurance agent with Farmers Insurance.

The service will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alive Hospice.
