Elizabeth Marie Lavender of Nashville, TN passed away on April 24, 2021. She was 97 years old.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Milburn Lavender, Jr. and son Andrew Lavender; Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Lyndal Corbitt (Jim); grandchildren Emily Warren, Erika Woodard (John), Josh Corbitt (Lacey), Anna Morefield (Josh); nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; many other cherished family members and friends.

Church and family were most important to Elizabeth as she served both faithfully most of her life. She enjoyed going on vacation and cooking and she never missed out on a good game of cards. Elizabeth loved to entertain company at the house whenever anyone dropped by.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 28 from 4-8pm and again on Thursday, April 29 from 10-11am.

Chapel services will begin at 11am on Thursday April 29, all at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte Pike in Nashville. Interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Nashville at 12:30pm.
