She loved her Lord, her family, her friends, her country and she had such a zest for life. Although she faced multiple health problems, her attitude was positive, and she was our family's sunshine. She kept up with current events, politics, the Titans, the Tennessee Volunteers, and the Atlanta Braves. Listening to WSM and the Grand Ole Opry was a favorite pastime. In her younger days, she loved to paint, sew, embroider, knit and crochet. Her hands were never idle and her heart was full of love. A graveside service will be held 11am Saturday at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Honorary Pallbearers are the ladies of the Ruth Bible Class. Active Pallbearers are Michael Swift, John Swift, Bill Cary, Jim Cary, Leon Stribling and Brad Davis. Visitation will be 3pm – 8pm Friday; 10am – 11am Saturday at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 615-646-9292. www.afamilylegacy.com
