Georgia Emerick

Georgia Louise Moore Emerick, age 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at home with family. Georgia was born in Chester County, TN on February 14, 1930 to the late Charlie and Mattie Sue (Scaggs) Moore.

She was preceded in death by husband, Norman Miller, Jim Wells, and Paul Emerick, and sons, Mike and Mark Miller, and granddaughter, Karen Emerick.

She is survived by sons, Tony (Linda, deceased) Miller and Rick (Judy) Emerick, daughters, Ruth Wright, Becky (Bob) Gupton, and Angel (Steve) Dozier, 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 3:00PM until 6:00PM at West Harpeth Funeral Home located at 6962 Charlotte Pike in Nashville. Funeral Services will follow visitation at 6:00PM with grandson-in-law, Andy Matlock officiating. Burial will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 11:00AM at Cave Springs Cemetery located at 1800 Cave Springs Road in Henderson, TN.
