Hansford Lee Pedigo - Age -77, passed away peacefully at home on April 27, 2019.
Hansford (Papa) loved spending time with his family. He especially loved watching his grandchildren play sports, working on his farm, riding his tractor, eating catfish and his wife's good cookin', his recliner, fishing and watching the news.
He worked in the book binding business for most of his life at Ambrose and McQuiddy until retirement.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clear A. & Roberta Pedigo; brother, James "Cotton" Pedigo; sisters, Stella Williams & Debbie Boman, and special parents-in-law James & Eva Lynn.
Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Margie Joyce Pedigo; daughters, Diana Pike (Darryl) Lovell, Teresa Harris; favorite granddaughter, Nicole "Punkin" (Nick) Dugan; grandsons, Austin Pike and Jordan Harris, Blake (Courtney McMahon) Lovell, granddaughter, Savannah (Austin Wills) Lovell, favorite great-granddaughter, Harleigh "Baby Girl" Ragsdale; great-grandsons, Jackson Ragsdale, Bentley Ragsdale, Easton Dugan & Wesley Wills; sisters, Sarah Cathey, Judy (Floyd) Cross, Ella (Ben) Rigby, Brenda Ferguson ; brother, Larry (Kathy) Pedigo and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday May 2, 2019 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Frejosky and Neil Pedigo officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers include: James Cathey, Tim Jarrell, Benny Rigby, Anthony Rigby, Alex Pedigo, Calvin Bell, Steve Cross and Michael Ferguson. Honorary pallbearers include: Vernon Gray, Sonny Hooper and Phil Pike.
Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
