Hazel June Crouch age 87 passed away on December 18th, 2017 in Nashville Tennessee.
Mrs. Crouch is preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Crouch; Children, Wanda Kelsey and Jack Crouch Sr.
Survived by children, Tammy Rigsby (Matt), Patricia Crouch Johnston, Debby Baker(Garry); 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00am Thursday December 21st, 2017 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday December 20, 2017 from 4:00pm-8:00pm and Thursday the 21st from 9:00am-11:00am prior to the service at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
