Miss Hazel Lynne Sue Osburn- Age 2, entered the arms of the Angels on Sunday, April 29, 2018, at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.

She is survived by her guardians, Ernie and Dana Wright; along with a host of extended family members.

A Celebration of Hazel's life will be on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 10:00am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4pm-8pm, and on Thursday from 9am until the service time at 10am at West Harpeth Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in her memory to the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
