Hazel M. Woods - Age 81, entered into heaven on Monday, June 15, 2015. She was born in Davidson County, Tennessee on November 8, 1933, to the late William Thomas Ensley and Agnes Lena Hayes. She is also preceded in death by her sons, Otis Henry, Thomas Eugene, and Jackie Dean Hatfield; daughter, Sally Ann Hatfield; brothers, Paul, James, and Ollie Lee Ensley; sister, Claira Mae Ensley.

Survived by her husband, James A Woods; daughter, Sherry A. (Carlos) Thompson; son, James (Angela) Woods; grandchildren, James W. Martin, Timothy D. Thompson, Tesha D. Thompson, April Woods, Jackie James Woods, Rachael Woods, Olivia Chloe Woods, and Caleb Woods; great grandchildren, Dylan M. Martin, Brianna N. Felts, McKenzie P. Thompson, Peyton M. Martin, Johnny Hisel, Cassius Hisel, Elijah Frame, Anna Hisel; great great grandchild, Tali Marie Martin.

A celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at 3:00pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
