Phillips; children, Deborah Phillips, Brent Pam Phillips, Kami Jeff Sterling; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1-2 pm with a memorial service to follow at 2 pm. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Jerry Sayre officiating.
