Mr. James Kenneth Orr "Kenny", age 73, of Kingston Springs, TN passed away December 22, 2020, one month shy of his 74th birthday. Mr. Orr was born in Puryear, TN to James Hugh and Donie Catherine Orr. He married the love of his life, Linda, and dearly loved his family. Kenny was a Union Sheet Metal Worker and a proud member of the Local 177 for 54 years. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge of White Bluff and a 32nd degree Shriner. Kenny will be remembered as a lover of old western movies, his weekly visits to Finch's Store, and even more, his Ford F-1 50 which he kept in pristine shape.
Mr. Orr is predeceased by his parents, James and Donie Orr; brother, Hugh Alton Orr, and son-in-law, C.J. Watson. He is survived by his wife, Linda Orr; daughters, Victoria (Terry) Dillard and Kristen Orr; 2 grandchildren, Travis (Hope) Dillard and Jessica (Sam) Dalton; 5 great grandchildren; and one brother, Gary (Jane) Orr.
Visitation for Mr. Orr will be Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of West Harpeth Funeral Home 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN. Burial will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be Terry Dillard, Travis Dillard, Kem Clark, Kip Clark, Samuel Dalton, and Steve Hutchinson.
The Masonic Service for Mr. Orr will be held at 1:30 p.m., during the time of visitation and just prior to the funeral service.
Visitors are strongly encouraged to follow CDC guidelines in the wearing of masks and social distancing at both the funeral home and graveside.
