James Roberson

James "Paw' Roberson of Nashville, TN, passed away on January 12th, 2023, at the age of 61. He was born on April 22nd, 1961, to Earl and Virgina Roberson. He enjoyed working with the UAW Rescue Squad, gaming, football and spending time with his beloved family. He was of the Baptist faith and graduated from East High School.

James is preceded in death by his daughter, Jessie Roberson; Mother, Virgina Roberson; Grandmother, Pauline Roberson; and uncle, Ruper Roberson.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 33 years, Billie Jean Upchurch-Roberson; Children, James Roberson Jr., Beth Darnell (Christopher), James Upchurch; And 9 grandchildren, Chris Darnell Jr., Dayton Upchurch, Corey James Roberson, Erik Roberson, Leo Smith, Silas Smith, Prezleigh Duel, Luca Duel and Delilah Neal. James also leaves behind his two siblings, Johnny and Tina Roberson; Friends, Pat Richardson and Jeff Hand, Nephew Austin Miles and many, many more people who loved him.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 2nd, from 10am-2pm. A service will be held the same day at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in his honor.
