Janie Lewis

Janie Louise Lewis age 95 of Nashville Tennessee passed away December 31st 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Limon Leroy Lewis and great-granddaughter, Eva Mere Lorraine Mansfield. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her two children Mere Ellen Roberts and Clifton Proctor(Nancy); 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Janie lived her life constantly surrounded by the many people who loved her. She was a woman of spunk who always kept her box of chocolates close at hand. Among many things, Janie loved traveling and loved spending time with her dogs. No matter what obstacle she faced Janie was always a positive person to be around. She was a beautiful soul and will forever be remembered and cherished by all those who knew her.

A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 8, 2018 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with visitation from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
