Jeanette Morgan Copen

Born on December 27, 1929, Jeanette Morgan Copen, beloved wife of William Copen, left this world to be with her Lord on March 20, 2017. In her 87 years, she touched so many with her sweet and gentle spirit.

She was born in Barberton, Ohio and was the youngest child of Ethel and Zachariah Morgan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mildred Book and Virginia Bartocci, brothers, George Morgan, William Morgan, Richard Morgan, and Thomas Morgan, and grandson, Craig Brandon Copen.

She is survived by her husband and five children; Karen (Brian) Kilian, Dennis (Donna) Copen, Mark (Pat) Copen, Laura (Frank) Mucerino, and Amy (David) Nash; 11 grandchildren: Corey (Tracy) Farlow, Erin (Kyle) Sapp, Nick Kilian, Jason (Leslie) and Paige Copen, Shane and Travis Copen, Frank (Stephanie) and Chase Mucerino, Jessica Perry and Willie Nash; 12 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Family and friends will gather for a Memorial Visitation on April 1, 2017 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice.
