Joel Travis

TRAVIS, Joel Morris - Age 73 of Nashville, TN passed away October 5, 2013. Mr. Travis is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Eunice Travis and is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mrs. Gail Travis; children; Lori Pace (Christopher), Mark Travis, Michael Travis (Gretchen); grandchildren, Matthew Pace, Diana Conner (Josh), Raeganne Travis, Landon Travis; and brothers, Sam and Don Travis. Mr. Travis was a member of Hillview Church of Christ and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Services for Mr. Travis will be held at West Harpeth Funeral Home 6962 Charlotte Pike on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 1p.m. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Monday and 11-1p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with family and friends serving as pall bearers. The family would like to thank Dr. Seth Cooper, Dr. Douglas Holiday, Dr. Bjarki Olafsson, Dr. Nathan Hall, and Dr. Phillip Karpos.
