John Stephen Ross- Age 64, passed from this life Saturday, June 28, 2014, at St. Thomas Midtown after a short illness. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Beatrice Ross; and brothers, Charles and Tom. Survived by his wife of 45 years, Kathy Ross; children, Tony Ross, Judy Hutt, Susie Ross; seven grandchildren, and brother, Gayton. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at 10am, at St. Ann Catholic Church with Revered Joseph Breen officiating. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to St. Jude's Children Hospital. Visitation will be on Monday from 3-8pm, with a rosary service at 7pm at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME, 6962 Charlotte Pike; 352-9400.
