Joyce G. Arnold- Age 81, went to heaven on May 30, 2016. She retired from the General Board of Discipleship with the United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Lucy Groves; her husband of 53 years, Cecil F. Arnold, Jr.

Joyce is survived by her son, Phillip Arnold and a host of extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be on Friday, June 3, 2016, at 11:30am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bishop Melvin G. Talbert officiating. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Robertson County, TN.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Faith Church in Bellevue.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Friday from 10:30am until the service time at West Harpeth Funeral Home
