CHRISTIANSEN, Julia Judy Capps, Potter, Age 85. Saturday, October 22, 2011. Born March 14, 1926. Preceded in death by husband, James D. Potter, who passed away December 3, 1973 and husband, Alan Bob Christiansen, who passed away August 19, 2009, Daughter Frieda Jean Potter, Parents Adam P. and Dosha Eve Boaz Capps, six sisters and three brothers. She leaves behind to morn her passing sons, Windell Wayne Pat Potter, and David Murrell Amy Potter and daughter Teresa Ann Potter Ellithorpe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four Great-Grandchildren and sister, Christine Mienhardt of Decatur, Alabama and several nieces and nephews. Julia Judy was owner and operator of "Judy's Beauty Shop" in West Nashville from 1959 until her retirement in 1995. Her dedication to family, friends and church were the driving forces in her life, along with her deep devotion and pride in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Life Celebration will be held 10am Tuesday at West Harpeth Funeral Home with burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
