Kelly Myers Ross died at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville on November 4, 2014, due to complications following esophageal cancer. Kelly, 56, was a pharmacist at CVS.

Kelly is survived by his wife, Patty and sons, Jon and Daniel Shearon of Nashville; his mother, Nell, of Nashville; his sister, Jenny, of Paris, TN; and his brother, Billy, of Centreville, VA. He is preceded in death by his father, Bill, of Nashville.

Kelly was born on November 23, 1957, to Bill and Nell Ross. He grew up in Nashville where he graduated from Pearl High School. In 1981, he graduated from the University of Tennessee's College of Pharmacy and began working for J.P. Brown Drug Store which was eventually sold to CVS. In 1993 He married Patty Shearon. With this marriage came 2 boys, Jon and Daniel, whom he loved and cared for as if they were his own sons.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 7 at West Harpeth Funeral Home from 4-8 pm. A funeral is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, at 11:00 am at Hope Park Church, 8001 US 70S, Nashville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sarah Cannon Fund for cancer.
