Kitty "Sue" Ladd, 81 years, passed into her eternal life on Sept. 16, 2016. Preceded in death by her parents Ruby "Nanny" Sloan Buck and JT Buck; son, Barry Ladd; brothers, Jim and Paul Buck; her loving dog, Sam.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years Thomas J. Ladd. Also her son, Rick Ladd (Joann); Grandchildren, Jennifer Sue Ladd, Joseph Ladd; Great Grandchildren, Skyler and Aubrey Deyoung, Starr, Elise and Meagan Ladd; sister-in-law, Florence Buck; her loving cat, Whitefoot.

She was member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Nashville and loved her Sunday School Class. She was passionate about her family and friends and had much pleasure spending special times with her grand and great-grandchildren as much as swapping stories and pictures of them with others.

She loved the outdoors and keeping in shape. When not at home, She and Tom could be found spending time camping on Center Hill Lake doing their favorite things fishing, boating, taking walks and bon fires with friends. They enjoyed sharing these times with their children and grandchildren.

She has shown all of us how to enjoy life, love unconditionally, laugh daily, be a friend, set an example and above all love the Lord. A true Golden Girl.

There will be a Celebration of Life Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 10:00am at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, September 19, 2016 from 12:00pm until 4:00pm, and Tuesday 9:00am until the service time at 10:00am.
