Attended St. Mary's Adult Day Program for 6 years and worked at Goodwill Industries. Survived by parents, Thomas Shannon Fuqua and Ann K. Fuqua; sister, Julie Fuqua and many other loving family members and dear friends; 2 cats, Corey and Katie. Graveside 10 a.m., Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
