- Age 86, passed away October 8, 2015. She was a lifelong member of the West Nashville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Smith; grandson, Jeffery Smith. Survived by husband, Buford "Doug" Osborn; children, Mike (Marie) Smith, Roy (Jose Phelps),and Angie Smith; 4 step children; 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren, and 10 step great great grandchildren; siblings, Aubrey Chambers and Charlene Neuschwander. A Celebration of Life will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at 11am, at West Nashville Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Reverend Rickey Page officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00pm until 6:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home, and on Tuesday from 9:00am until the service time at the church. There will be no visitation held on Monday.
