FRANZ, Leprilet Joseph, B. "Joe", 79, Nashville, May 10, 2011. Born in Cedar City, Utah on April 23, 1932. Son of Freda Ann Belliston Franz and LeRoy Belliston. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Barbara J. Franz; daughters, Cappi A. Villines Big Mike, Cindy Franz Lapane Bill of Miami, FL and Candy F. Bertrand Craig of Bloominton, IL; grandchildren, Michael Villines, Jr. Ali, Michelle Proctor Kenneth II, William Taylor Lapane, Kristen N., Robert T. III, Joseph F. and Shelby B. Fleming. Joe was a member of the U.S. Air Force Strategic Air Command and B-47 Stratojet Assoc. and American Legion Post #5. He was a 49 year Master Mason and Past Master of Phoenix Lodge 131, a 32nd Scottish Rite Mason, York Rite Mason. He was also a member of Al Menah Shrine, a LT. of the Director's Staff and original member of the Wrecking Crew and a member of the Royal Order of Jesters. He was past President of the Tennessee Council of Electrical Contractors, past President of Nashville Chapter of Electrical Contractor Assoc. and past Governor. Joe worked for John Bouchard in Nashville and owned L.J. Franz, Inc. Electrical Contractors in Miami, FL. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow. The funeral service will be 12 noon, Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Phoenix Lodge 131, Director's Staff will serve as honorary pallbearers. Grandchildren and family will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shrine Hospital for Children, c/o Al Menah Shrine, 1354 Brick Church Pk, Nashville, TN 37207. Interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation, Friday, 5-8 pm with Masonic Services at 7 pm. Visitation will also be Saturday, 10 am-12 pm at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 Hwy Nashville, TN 615 646-9292
