Lois Rice

RICE, Lois Marie, born August 2, 1931, passed away June 16, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Mary Calton; brothers, Robert and Junior Calton; sister, Mary Dell, and husband of 60 years, Bobby A. Rice. She is survived by children, Berenda Charles Vance, Bobby Rice, Tommy Rice, Anna Ronnie Dillard, and Roger Martha Rice; stepdaughter, Wanda Harmon of Corinth, MS; sisters, Ollie Johnny Vanderford and Dorotha Frankie Smith; brothers, Bill and Tom Kelton, all of Iuka, MS; grandchildren, Charles Michael Vance, Heather Adam Donnell, Orrie Rice, Rachel Dillard, Martha, John, and Tano Diaz, Chris Rivera, Frank Santana, and Pricilla Rice; great-grandchildren, Michael and Dani Vance, and Elijah and Lillie Donnell; friend and caretaker, Tina Alexander. She was a fantastic woman who loved her Savior, and lived her life for her family, giving them so much love, guidance, and a wonderful example to follow. Graveside service will be at 12 noon Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Frankie Smith and Charlie Vance officiating.
