Marianne Norman

NORMAN, Marianne Ferry, age 61 of Hendersonville, passed away October 21, 2009. Marianne Norman was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was an avid horse person and enjoyed gardening and golf. She also for many years managed and organized in October the annual pumpkin patch at Norman Farms in Hendersonville, Tennessee where she spent many hours donating her time to charitable organizations that visited the farm. Mrs. Norman was preceded in death by her parents, Lyman and Wilma Ferry. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Scott Norman; daughters, Lori Jones and Andrea Nichols; grandchildren, Lowell and Annalise Jones, Carter and Kate Nichols; brother, Bob Ferry; stepchildren, Brett Norman, Aimee Vandemark, Josh Norman, Meghan Norman; and step-grandchildren, Clara and Scott Norman. Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, October 24th at 11:00 A.M. from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Norman's name to Vanderbilt Gift Processing, PMB 407727, 2301 Vanderbilt Place, Nashville, TN 37240-7727, Attention: Lung Cancer Research.
