Mary Ammons

AMMONS, Mary Kate – Age 91 years, passed from this life on Monday, June 24, 2013, at her residence. Mary was born on September 14, 1921, in Pleasantville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Randall Ammons. Survived by her daughter, Madelyn Wayne Tharp, of Hohenwald, TN; sons, Rodney Cydne Ammons, of Fort Worth, TX; Rickey Ammons, and Roger Donna Ammons, both of Nashville; 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 4 nieces and 2 nephews. The Life Celebration service will be Friday, June 28, 2013, at 12 noon, at the West Harpeth Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Randall Goodman officiating. Interment will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Special thanks to the staff of Avalon Hospice for their care. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Avalon Hospice.
