Melba Ann Burrum

Age 83, died peacefully on January 10, 2017. Survived by children, Janice Sensing (Harold Moore), Rebecca Baldwin and Mike Burrum (Claudia); grandchildren, Nathan Sensing (Drew), Eli Burrum (Ashley) and step-granddaughter, Sara Hale (Brandon); great grandson, Everett Sensing; sister, Betty Curtis and brother, Loyd Sigler.

Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Nell Sigler, sister, Virginia Jones and brother, Charles Sigler. Retired from The Home Insurance Company, she was a loving mother and "Gran" who devoted her life to supporting, encouraging and celebrating her family. Our family wishes to thank Alive Hospice, particularly "The Irishman", Patrick McCormick, for the dedicated and tender care given to our mother.

Graveside services will be held at noon at Mt. Olivet Cemetery following visitation at West Harpeth Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 13. Memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St, Nashville, TN 37203 or a charity of the donor's choice.
