Michael D. Ellis, age 61, went to be with the Lord on June 3, 2017.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Iva Mai York and William Leon "Corky" Ellis.

Survived by daughter, Kerri Garner; grandson, Seth Garner; brothers, Kenneth Wayne (Shirley) Ellis and Charles W. Ellis; his loving cousin, Lisa (Harold) Odle, and her family, Amy, Lil, Duke, Daniel, Monica, Tasha, Chelsea, Marissa, Sarah, Adysen, Skylah, Elijah, and Emma; girlfriend, Rosa Ladore.

Pallbearers will be, Donnie Williams, Charles Duke III, Mike Carden, David Palmer, Daniel Barnes, and Junior Solomon.

Honorary Pallbearers are Seth Garner, Elijah Duke, and Bramon Solomon.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 11, 2017 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and on Monday from 9:00am until the service hour at 11:00am. The interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
