Michael P. Ishie, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
Mr. Ishie was born in Pensacola, FL, but spent much of his youth growing up in Jacksonville, FL and later attended The University of Georgia where he played football. For the past 50 years, Mr. Ishie has lived in Nashville, TN where he owned his own business as a successful real estate appraiser. Some of his favorite pastimes included cooking breakfast for anyone who would sit at his table, attending "board meetings" with his buddies, and spending time with his family especially while vacationing in Florida.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Pamela Williams Ishie. He is also survived by his son, David Scott Ishie (Cheri) of Nashville, TN; daughter, Elizabeth Ishie Farris (Matt) of Collierville, TN; Karen Ishie Capshaw, of Woodstock, GA ; brother, David Trzcinski (Andrea) and sister, Paula Salem of Jacksonville, FL and grandson, Jared Ishie of Nashville, TN.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 12:00pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00am until the service time at 12:00pm.
