Monica Slater

Monica Slater, age 61, went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on October 27, 2021.  Monica is predeceased by father, Billy Mann; mother, Nancye (Prosser) Mann, and Brother, Michael Mann.  She is survived by husband, Matthew Slater; daughter, Rebekah (James) Harris; Granddaughters, Dayna, Cheyenne, and Layla Harris; Stepchildren, Jennifer (Jody) Street and Eric Slater; sister of Mitch (Dawn) Mann, Melissa (Joe) Haney, and Margarett (Tavis) Kimble; Aunt of Nathan (Kara) Mann, Joseph (Ashley) Haney, Joshua (Shawna) Haney, Caleb Mann, and Michael Faircloth.

Monica was generous, loving and always put family and friends first.  She was a blessing and will be missed by all.

Visitation will be Friday, October 29, 2021 at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the service time at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery 116 Duke St, Ashland City, TN.
