Nina Tarkington

Nina Lee Sauls Tarkington - Age 94 departed this life June 1, 2015 in Hermitage Tennessee. She was born November 2, 1920 in Greenvale, TN but also lived in Nashville and Lebanon, TN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Hooper Tarkington, Sr. and daughter Mickie Lamar Tarkington. Nina is survived by, son Jimmie Hooper Tarkington , Jr.; grandson, Sputnik Rushing; sisters, Carrie Nell Thompson of Glendale, AZ and Mary Lou Simmons of Joelton, TN; many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be from 10am until 12:00pm, June 4, 2015, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00pm with John Vaughan officiating. Interment will be at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery at 2:00pm. Pallbearers will be Dave Baka, Skibo Tarkington, Jeff Tarkington, Robin Weaver, Justin Pulliam, and Ken Wolfe.
