Paul R. Emerick, Sr

Age 86, of Nashville, passed away on June 22, 2016, born April 23, 1930, in Ellerslie, Maryland. Served in the Korean War with the Army's 2nd Infantry Air Borne and received the Purple Heart.

Preceded in death by his parents, Paul C Emerick and Nellie M (Chapman) Emerick; sister, Patricia Irene Gonzalez; granddaughter, Karen E. Emerick; step-sons Alvin Michael Miller, and James Mark Miller.

Survived by his son, Paul R (Judy) Emerick, Jr.; daughter, Angel (Steve) Dozier; step daughters, Ruth Wright, Rebecca (Bob) Gupton; step son, Tony Miller; grandchildren, Tiffany, Christy, Jennifer, Mike, Kelley, James, Josh, John, Grace, Faith, Ryan, Adam, Amy, and thirty one great grandchildren; ex-wife and beloved friend of many years, Georgia Emerick.

Visitation will be on Sunday, June 26 at 1:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 10:00 a.m. at the Middle TN Veterans Cemetery on McCrory Ln.
