Paulina Smith

Paulina "Dene" Smith - June 22, 1928 - May 3, 2016. Dene was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Smith and loving daughter, Kathy. She is survived by daughter, Teresa Martin; son, Donald (Victoria) Smith; grand-children, Stacey Baines, Hannah Smith (fiance' Anthony Wadsworth) , Hunter Smith, Forrest Smith; great-grandchildren, Macie and Matthew. Dene was a long time member of West Nashville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Dene enjoyed gardening, cooking, and her family. We would like to give special thanks for all the committed staff in the Brookdale of Belle Meade community who loved and cared for our mother/grandmother, we were blessed by your caring spirit. Pallbearers include: Hunter Smith, Forrest Smith, Anthony Wadsworth, Sidney Neuhoff, Joe Malinoski, Tommy Proctor, Wade Story, and Mike Shope. Visitation will be held at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Thursday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday one hour prior to the service at the Church. The funeral service will be held at West Nashville Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 6 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow the service at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
