Jordan, Richard "Dick" Joseph of Brentwood, TN passed away November 6, 2017. He was born in Newport Kentucky on January 19, 1952. His early years were spent in the Northern Kentucky area, where he attended Campbell County High School. He relocated to Lexington, Kentucky where he started a career in the automobile business. While in Lexington he met the love of his life and wife of 43 years, Sue.

He had relocated briefly to Indiana and finally to Nashville, TN. After subsequent years in the auto industry, Dick decided to venture out on his own in the city of Nolensville, TN. He was an avid sports fan; particularly his Cincinnati Bengals, Reds and the Kentucky Wildcats.

He will be missed by his loving wife, 3 boys, 4 brothers and many family members. We will miss his loving heart and genuine love for life and his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Bert Jordan, brothers Gary and Charles. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sue Ann (Stapleton) Jordan, three sons Stephen (Whitney), Christopher, Charles and granddaughter Adele. Four brothers Michael, John (Denise), Robert, Timothy (Jackie) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation was chosen by the family. Funeral service will be November 16th at 5:30pm at 4th Avenue Church of Christ in Franklin, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 3:30pm-5:30pm at the church. Following the service there will be a celebration of Dick's life with refreshments at the Church.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked to make donations to 4th Avenue Church of Christ and Franklin High School. Dick's love of his family, he asked that donations also be made to NCADA (ncada-stl.org) for the memory of his nephew Brandt Jordan.
