Robert Greene

GREENE, Robert A. "Bob", age 72, passed away June 29, 2011. He is survived by the love of his life, wife of 45 years, Janice Greene; children, Robert Stephanie Greene, Jr., Amy Ken Flatt, and Stacy Jeff Greene; grandchildren, Daghain, Gethen, Charlie, Elliot, Claire, Connor, Jaymes, and a large extended family. Bob retired from Nissan after 20 years in the finance department. His work in the automotive industry took him to Japan, Mexico and Brazil. He served in the Marine Corp. as captain and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He was a loving husband, dedicated father and doting grandfather. A faithful friend to all who knew him, he was truly a man of God, family, and country. He will be missed but remembered in the highest regard. A Memorial Service will held on Saturday, July 2, 2011, at 4 p.m. at Community Church in Hendersonville. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate in the memory of Robert A. Greene to the American Lung Association.
