Salome F Sadler, age 107, passed away at NHC Healthcare in Hendersonville, TN on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. She was born to the late Charles Emmit Foster and Ollie Belle Tweedy Foster on April, 11, 1911 in Giles County, TN. She was a long time resident of the West Nashville community and was a lifetime member of Charlotte Ave Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, Salome is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Glen C Sadler; and numerous siblings.

She is survived by her son, Gary Sadler(Barbara); two grandchildren, Mary Beth Sadler and Caroline Lemke(Westley); and a host of extended family members.

While Salome will always be remembered for her delicious meals and her classy style, she will most importantly be remembered for her devotion to her husband, son, and grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 10:30am at Charlotte Heights Church of Christ in Nashville. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home in Nashville and again on Friday an hour prior to the service at the church. Salome will be laid to rest, with her husband, at Nashville National Cemetery in Madison.
