Samantha Ann Pate- Age 20, passed away August 23, 2017, at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty & Phillip Perry, Sr.; and Bobby Culwell.

She is survived by her mother, Tammy (Tommy) Culwell; father, Samuel (Lindsey) Snow; siblings, Tony Crunk, Jr., John Crunk, Jeffrey Crunk, Victoria Pate, Brandon Culwell, Devin Snow, Layla Young, and Victoria Hand; her grandparents, Diane Brewer and Cindy (Phil) Brown.

A Celebration of Life will be on Monday, August 28, 2017, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Tony Jr., John, Jeffrey, Brandon, Charlie, and Phillip.

Visitation with the family will be on Sunday from 1:00pm until 6:00pm and on Monday from 9am until the service time at 11am at West Harpeth Funeral Home
