Stella Hamilton

Hamilton, Stella Elizabeth – age 91 years, Monday, March 11, 2013 passed away at home with her children by her side. She was born on April 27, 1921 in Dickson, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernard Eugene Hamilton; and is survived by sons Kenneth and Rick Kay Hamilton; daughters Rachel Jim Cowen, Mary Carl Allbee, Ruth Larry Johnson, Bertie Larry DeWane, and Martha Malloch. Known as Granny by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 13th from 4-8 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. The funeral service is on Thursday, March 14th at 11:30 am in the chapel at Harpeth Hills with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens.
