Thelma Matthews

Thelma Jane Matthews born March 8, 1925 in Baltimore, MD, passed away on December 31, 2020 in Brentwood, TN at the age of 95.

Survived by her daughter Gail Miles (Richard); grandchildren Jeff Turnage (Alicia), Doug Miles (Heather), Lori Rannals (Matt); great grandchildren Keehnan Anderson, Matthew Turnage, Grant Turnage, Connor Turnage, Grace Rannals, and Carter Rannals; Jane is preceded in death by her loving husband of more than 50 years, Fulton Ray Matthews Jr., her daughter Bonny Turnage and parents Mr. and Mrs. Percy Crist.

Jane was best known for the love she shared, her bright eyes and beautiful smile. Devoted to her family, Jane enjoyed making memories with her children and grandchildren. She loved to shop and travel. Jane was dedicated to her church family at Bellvue United Methodist Church in Nashville. She will be missed dearly, but never forgotten.
